We understand that searching for a property abroad is incredibly time consuming. At Mallorca Homes and Rentals we work with our clients every step of the way to make that search as straightforward and simple as possible taking away the frustration of viewing properties that look fantastic on a web page but in reality are disappointing and not what you are looking for.
By either email, phone call or meeting our clients give us their “wish list” for the property they are looking for including the things that are most important to them, areas and of course budget.
When we have a clear view of all your specific requirements we will then search our vast portfolio of properties and offer a list of possibilities. Not only do we have our own selection of properties available we work with many reputable agents throughout Mallorca. Therefore we are in a position to offer you a single point of contact for many agents saving you precious time trailing through websites,contacting many different agents and most importantly saving you the stress and expense of wasted viewing trips to the island.
When you have approved the properties you would like to view we will then go ahead and organise accompanyed viewings for your visit and plan a focused itenery showing you the properties your choice. We can offer independant and experienced guidence on property choices, advise on area, prices, market conditions etc and if the property you are looking for is available we will do our very best to help you find it.
If you find a property you are intersted in and an offer is accepted we are then happy to liase with the selling agent, your lawyer and coordinate everyone involved to ensure everything runs smoothly to completion. In short we will guide you through the purchasing process and beyond and can offer help with all aspects of the rental market, re-location etc if required
