Guy & Paula kept us informed as to where we were every step of the way. Paula helped with the paperwork required on behalf of the seller, & there is quite a bit of tooing & froing to be done. She was patient, courteous & made sure we had exactly what was needed. Going the extra mile to make sure there were no surprises. Guy kept the deal in place & in spite of some last minute hiccups on the buying side, we went to notary, signed the papers & sold the house.
