Guy & Paula kept us informed as to where we were every step of the way. Paula helped with the paperwork required on behalf of the seller, & there is quite a bit of tooing & froing to be done. She was patient, courteous & made sure we had exactly what was needed. Going the extra mile to make sure there were no surprises. We kept her appraised of some procedural changes so we all knew where we were. Guy kept the deal in place & in spite of some last minute hiccups on the buying side, we went to notary, signed the papers & sold the house.
